Branch Manager & Loan Officer
Clayton Silva is a dedicated mortgage professional whose unique blend of finance expertise, military service, and passion for helping others defines his approach. His journey began as a real estate investor frustrated by the complexities of the lending process. This experience ignited a desire to master real estate finance, evolving into a rewarding career assisting others in navigating one of life’s most significant financial decisions.
With over 4 years of industry experience, Clayton combines his personal insights as an investor with professional expertise to deliver tailored guidance to his clients. He holds a Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master's in Finance from Claremont Graduate University, ensuring a strong foundation for his work. Clayton’s commitment to transparency and honesty empowers clients to confidently navigate the mortgage process.
A former paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, Clayton now serves as an Infantry Officer in the California Army National Guard. His military background instilled leadership and discipline that shaped his professional and personal life. Married with a young child, Clayton values family above all and enjoys traveling, hiking, and staying active outdoors.

Brian Detrick
Loan Officer
Brian's deep understanding of the real estate market stems from a lifetime immersed in the industry. Growing up with his mother, a realtor for over 30 years, he learned the importance of integrity, honesty, and open communication – values he prioritizes in every client interaction.
Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or assisting seasoned investors, Brian leverages his own experience as a real estate investor and developer to help clients achieve their goals. He's a dedicated student of the market, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the process. This commitment empowers clients with a thorough understanding of the home/investment buying journey and provides confidence ensuring all their questions are answered.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport & Recreation Management with a Minor in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
Brian's dedication to his crafts extends beyond his professional life. His unwavering work ethic propelled him to become a professional water skier in 2009, where he has been ranked as high as #2 in the world (2021). He is passionate about giving back, coaching adaptive athletes to become world champions, setting world records and guiding the USA Adaptive Water Ski Team to two World Championship Gold Medals in 2019 and 2023.

Colby Campbell
Loan Officer
Colby holds 9 years of mortgage industry knowledge, starting as a Loan Processor at NVR Mortgage, Inc. then 2 years later became a licensed Loan Originator. She has closed over 500 loans in her career as a Loan Officer, and has become sufficient in Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA, and Physician loans. She made Presidents Club at NVR - ranked in the top 50 Loan Officers in the company her 2nd year. She has grown passionate to help buyers move into their dream home and loves to problem solve to find the best fit solution for each family.
She grew up in Buffalo, NY and DuBois, PA and followed her family's footsteps to attend Penn State University where she graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance, and Minor in Psychology. She sang the National Anthem for various club sports as a hobby.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their toddler son, and also balances life with fitness instructing at barre3. She values all customer and client relationships and loves lending a helping hand.

Recognized for leadership, strategy, and fostering talent, Felix has led teams to victory while instilling a passion for the sport in players of all ages. Combining a deep commitment to excellence in both professional and athletic endeavors, Felix is known for delivering results and creating positive, lasting relationships with clients and teams alike.

As the branch’s Operations Specialist, Haley specializes in marketing, process optimization and standardization, and data analytics. Her role focuses on driving efficiency, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring operational excellence. With a degree in Information Systems and a career spanning diverse industries, she brings expertise in data analytics, project management, and software engineering to every challenge she takes on.
Throughout her career, Haley has demonstrated a strong ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs, creating innovative solutions that support long-term growth. Her passion lies in leveraging data and streamlined processes to transform complex problems into actionable strategies that enhance performance across teams and organizations.
Outside of work, Haley is an avid golfer who competed at the collegiate level for her university's golf team. Golf has taught her discipline, focus, and the value of continuous improvement—qualities she applies to her professional life as well. Whether on the course or in the workplace, she is dedicated to achieving excellence through a blend of strategy, precision, and innovation.
